Running the program
===================

To perform calculations, run

  .. code-block:: bash

    niedoida [--no-cores=<number_of_threads>] <input_file>.inp

If not specified, the number of threads defaults to number of accessible CPU
cores. The results of the calculations are written to the ``<input_file>.log``.
